Daemonic World: Cosmospolitanic View

(Continued from Daemonic World)

I truly have gone off my rocker.  I mean–I’m not the most normal person in this world, but I’ve always thought normalcy was rather over-rated.  Still, I am reaching into areas where even the crazies don’t touch.

Who in their right mind would become fascinated with the vague idea that a daemonic world exists, as indicated within an ancient book, and then try to project that vague idea into modern-day science?

In my last post, I talked about the idea that we, of the mutable yang world, live within the dark area of the taijitu.  That means this:

universeSphereThe Universe, as imaged by Sloan Digital Sky Survey.

…is within this:

taijituUniverseThe Universe, as imaged by Sloan Digital Sky, within the Taijitu, as imagined by the Taobabe

Since I’ve gone through all the trouble of placing the mutable yang toroidal Universe sphere in its correct placement, I also have to do the same for the immutable yin toroidal Universe sphere.

Here it is.

taijituComplete

Purdy, ain’t it?  I think this is about as close as we’re going to get to understanding my Mandelbrot Bed Bugs dream the other night (more on this later).  This Taijitu is really not a single instance.  It is but one fractal, embedded in yet other fractals.  Layer after layer, all doing the same old thing, over and over and over, yet with just enough wiggle-room to be slightly different with each iteration.

That Taijitu of the two Universe spheres is the snapshot for our family photo album, folks.  This is everybody in our family.  I’m not even going to touch other people’s families.  I can barely handle the enormity of expanding my circle of love to include both our Universe and that of the Daemonic sphere.  I can’t even hop over to another sphere.  I haven’t grown that much yet.

Baby steps.  Baby steps.

Next, I’m going to zero in and zoom down to inspect the Daemonic world.  It should be a hell of a ride.

  1. taobabe,
By choosing the spelling ‘daemon’ you have invoked the alternate universe of Linux daemons, and will need to cast spells in a reptilian serpent language used by pythonistas throughout the cosmospolitan programming realms.
Adopting the Taoist view that reality depends mucho n where you stand to view it, Python programming could be construed as the activity of providing divination expertise to a machine. Once you have accomplished that, the machine will never be confused again while trying to divine your most complicated intention. You will be able to create and summon daemons to automagically control your most natve environment, the character based string…
The journey along the lianshanyi starts with a single step 🙂
I will be choosing a WordPress theme within two weeks on the outside…

  2. What if the reason we cannot find more info on the “lianshanyi” is that this ‘continuous mountain change’ is occuring beneath our planet’s biggest lake (the ocean), along a chain made of our world’s longest, continuously rejuvenating fractal structure, the sequence of mountains known as:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mid-ocean_ridge

The taijitu could actually be a 2d representatiion of a 3d spherical structure, and the line separating the taijitu into two equal halves being made of this underwater mountain range girdling the earth?

  3. I googled Liangshan Yi and I got a prefecture occupying much of the southern extremity of Sichuan province. Is this what you are talking about?

  4. Actually no, but I bumped into that reference also…notice the difference between ‘lian’ and ‘liang’…Liangshanyi as you found, is a place

In your post “I Ching Hexagrams”, Lian Shan (連山) is mentioned as a ‘scripture’ containining ‘lianshanyi’

    While searching I found:

    https://books.google.com/books?id=1CK2efLIY7sC&pg=PA36&lpg=PA36&dq=lian+shan+yi+shenong&source=bl&ots=2fXLuJP866&sig=5XIqaCrpV_dA0DGYcaWSIW7VNfU&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi_mbiv7o3OAhUJaD4KHc9JAHYQ6AEIHjAA#v=onepage&q=lian%20shan%20yi%20shenong&f=false

which is describing the development of the I Ching over millenia.

I’m getting the impression it is a very early version of the Yi with a different sequence of hexagrams. Also, Shennong had something to do with developing farming, kept track of production using knots on string.

It was a small leap to imagine the possibility Shennong’s version of the Lian Shan Yi could have been recorded using the same string-knotting method to depict solid and broken lines of individual hexagrams.

If this were the case, it would mean the black and white beaded sequences displaying all the hexagrams of the I Ching in the necklace I developed may have have existed in the past as knots on string to record divinations.

The Lian Shan Yi existed so long ago we may never find out what it really contained unless an archaeological discovery occurs containing some of Shenong’s knotted strings.
